Refund policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accommodate a return within 14 days.
In case of the return you have the option to exchange with the same or other product. You can exchange sending us an email at hello@ethosjewels.eu , writing your name, your order number and the cause of the return.
You have the option to send your parcel back with any shipping you wish as the charge is yours.
All the products must not be chipped, cracked or with broken pearls, shells or gemstones; general wear and tear including items that have been bent out of shape, twisted and snapped, oxidized or on which the plating is fading.
MONEY REFUNDS
Money refunds are only accepted for necklaces, rings and bracelets. ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR EARRINGS FOR HYGIENE REASONS.

CONDITIONS
IF YOU ARE SHIPPING A FAULTY ITEM, A REFUND WILL BE GIVEN UPON INSPECTION OF THE ITEM AND OUTGOING POSTAGE WILL BE REFUNDED.
If you are returning an item for refund or repair, the item MUST be returned in either the original packaging or in a hard case to prevent crushing whilst in the post.
Repairs will be accepted for 30 days of its original order date.
Items that are incorrectly packaged and subsequently crushed in postage cannot be replaced.
Items that have clearly been worn and damaged either deliberately or by accident are not considered faulty and will not be accepted.
EXCHANGES
If you want to exchange a ring or necklace to a different size, please e-mail hello@ethosjewels.eu for an exchange form within 14 days from purchase. Please note, we don't cover shipping costs for exchange orders.
